Fields of activity
Our field of activity ranges from tool and mold making, cutting, stamping and progressive dies, machine and special machine construction, automotive and aerospace industry, medical technology, hydraulics and pneumatics, electrical industry, packaging industry, measurement technology and motor sports to electrode planning and production by milling, turning, grinding and wire erosion.
Variety of materials
Every day we work with all electrically conductive materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, graphite, carbide, titanium, nickel, Ampco, Inconell, tungsten copper, PCD and precious metals in the smallest and largest dimensions.
CAD / CAM
We work with Catia, Peps and Mastercam software for modeling surfaces and solids as well as for designing all gear contours.
Measuring technology
It goes without saying that all parts manufactured by us are subjected to qualified inspection using our measuring equipment. We have two certified Zeiss measuring machines at our disposal for this purpose.
Laser welding
Another area of expertise is the laser cladding of metals and metal alloys. For example, steel, aluminum, titanium and other metals are used. Welding can be carried out with or without filler material.
We can also take on the repair welding of molds and tools for you. Your advantage with regard to laser welding: All parts can be reworked or finished directly by us.
