Every day we work with all electrically conductive materials such as steel, aluminium, copper, graphite, carbide, titanium, nickel, Ampco, Inconell, tungsten copper, PCD and precious metals in the smallest and largest dimensions.

We work with Catia, Peps and Mastercam software to model surfaces and solids as well as to construct all gear contours.

It goes without saying that all parts manufactured by us are professionally checked with the help of our measuring equipment. Amongst other things, we have two certified Zeiss measuring machines at our disposal.

Another expertise is laser cladding of metals and metal alloys. For example, steel, aluminium, titanium and other metals are used. These can be welded with and without additives.

In addition, we take over the repair welding of molds and tools for you. Your advantage regarding laser welding: All parts can be reworked of finished directly with us.
