Drill erosion
Serial parts with multiple hole pattern, individual holes at different angles or simple pilot drill holes for wire electro-discharge machining – apart from these applications, of course we also carry out numerous other applications using drilling erosion.
The hardness of the material plays no role even with the smallest holes – the workpieces only need to be electrically conductive. Of course, the prior art method of drilling erosion involves much more than just eroding broken screw taps. Nevertheless, of course, this application comes with the usual accuracy.
In addition, we have many years of experience in the production of precision bore holes for temperature measurement/telemetry.
